Beginner Tai Chi Catch-up & Review

This session will cover everything that our regular Tai Chi Beginners classes have done so far. Use it to catch up, ask any questions you have, and spend time getting in those essential reps! This class is for brand new Beginners, people who started in October, and anyone who wants to go over Tai Chi fundamentals and the first part of the set.
