Beginner Tai Chi w Melissa

Tai Chi is a great tool for releasing stale tensions while developing a better relationship with your body. Learning it challenges coordination and concentration, and helps initiate a host of healing responses. It is a form of meditation, and it helps condition the body so that stillness meditation practices, should you wish to do them, become easier and more comfortable. This class offers step-by-step instruction in the Tai Chi set. It’s the place to start if you’ve never tried Tai Chi before. Our Tai Chi set is a 108-form.
