Kids Yoga w Sarah

Sarah’s Kid Yoga classes always encompass yoga storytelling, mindful yoga movement games and creative take-home crafts. Children leave with a new found awareness for their emotions, body & breath and often learn to use tools and tricks to help them regulate and navigate those big feelings throughout their day to day.
Join this 8-week Kid Yoga session for movement, mindfulness and fun-filled games. Yogis learn the basics of yoga thru playful storytelling and yoga activities all aimed to target building confidence, strength and improving body & emotional awareness. Ages 4-8 recommended.
This class is suitable for beginners and those with yoga experience.
8 week session starts April 18 (no class on Saturday, May 16th)
