This class is open to beginner and intermediate students alike. You will establish core strength & stability, balance and coordination, improve your posture and heighten your mind-body awareness.

8 week session runs from March 4 – April 22, 2026

SPRING SESSION PRICING: $155+HST or $300+HST (2 classes per week)

drop in fee $25.00 + HST (sign up online until 4 hrs before class or contact us if it’s last minute, 12 h cancellation policy applies)

This class is run in person at the Centre as well as online

If you miss a class during the 8-week session, you can make it up with another class, any week, until the end of the session.
