Start at the beginning! We start with the 5 basic principles of Pilates and build on a foundation of exercises required to move on to the next level.
This class is designed to enhance mind/body awareness, establish core strength and stability, and build longer, leaner muscles. Pilates will improve posture, core strength and flexibility. Pilates is for every body!
8 week session runs from January 4 - February 22, 2023 $145 + HST
drop in fee $20.00 + HST (sign up online until 4 hrs before class or contact us if it’s last minute, 12 h cancellation policy applies)
