This class is open to beginner and intermediate students alike. You will establish core strength & stability, balance and coordination, improve your posture and heighten your mind-body awareness.

8 week session runs from January 3 - February 21, 2024

Session cost: Holiday 2024 Special $140 + HST

drop in fee $25.00 + HST (sign up online until 4 hrs before class or contact us if it’s last minute, 12 h cancellation policy applies)

This class is run in person at the Centre or you can join virtually if you are out of town!

If you need to miss a class during your session you can make it up another day that week!
