MEDITATION w Mira

In these 4 workshops, led by Mira Rostami, you will learn a series of breathing and meditation techniques to reconnect to the body, quiet the mind and heal both. The focus of the March sessions is to focus on relaxation, awareness and freedom from fear.

Everyone must bring their own yoga mats or pillows for safety purposes, chairs will be provided. Vaccine Passport required.

4 session series running from March 10 - 31st, 2022

$80.00 + HST for 4 week program / $20 drop in fee if space available
