MEDITATION w Mira

In these 4 workshops, led by Mira Rostami, you will learn a series of breathing and meditation techniques to reconnect to the body, quiet the mind and heal both. The focus of the February sessions is on mindfulness and what your body is telling you about pain, tension and stress?

Everyone must bring their own yoga mats or pillows for safety purposes, chairs will be provided. Vaccine Passport required.

4 session series running from February 3 - 24th, 2022

$80.00 + HST for 4 week program / $20 drop in fee if space available
