MEDITATION: Free from Anxiety, Fear & Stress

In these workshops, led by Mira Rostami, you will learn a series of breathing and meditation techniques to reconnect to the body, quiet the mind and heal both. Each workshop will include a series of practices, a lecture on body and brain, dialogue and designing a home meditation practice. Everyone must bring their own yoga mats or pillows for safety purposes, chairs will be provided. Vaccine Passport required.
