For the novice and experienced practitioner alike. You will learn and/or review some yoga basics that will help to develop knowledge and awareness of movement, posture and breathing techniques in a safe and comfortable way while enhancing your personal yogic experience.
Registration for the series is recommended however walk-ins are welcome
