YOGA: Gentle Chair Yoga w Janet

Participants can experience the many benefits of yoga without getting up and down from the floor. This practice encourages gentle seated and standing movements that build on strength, balance and range of motion. Combined with mindful breathing and meditation to improve lung function and decrease stress, developing a deeper inner awareness can help identify habitual patterns no longer serving you and creates an opportunity to become your own agent for change.
