Fascial Flow & Pilates w Alisun

Feeling tight all over? Unexplained muscle pains? Fascial movement can help! This class is a combination of both Pilates and Fascial movement. We strengthen and hydrate the fascial system to promote muscle glide and an ease of motion. These movements will enhance your mobility, strength and durability and make you feel lighter! All levels are welcome.

8 week session runs from September 6 - October 25, 2022 $145 + HST per session

drop in fee $20.00 + HST (please book 4 hrs in advance, contact us if its last minute - 12 h cancellation policy applies)

This class is run in-person at the Centre or you can join virtually if you’re out of town!
