An Exercise and Education program for individuals with HIP and KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS ! Join registered kinesiologist Julie Bellini in this program using body weight and resistance bands to:
Strengthen core, legs & hips
Improve movement of low back, pelvis, hips & knees
Unload stress on back, hips & knees
Train body to move better in daily activities
8 week session runs from July 5 - August 20, 2022 (no class on August 2nd)
