Join Mira for a movement-based meditation practice

Embodied Meditation is a path to freedom rom fear, anxiety and stress. It involves embodied movements and breathwork to regulate the fear responses and re-educate the nervous system. Fear and anxiety don’t begin with our thoughts; they start in the body - therefore the solution is within the body.

In this program you will learn how to connect more deeply with your body by shifting your attention to bodily sensation and cultivating interoception. Embodied meditation eases the suffering from chronic stress and anxiety and allows you to live a passionate, fulfilling and authentic life. Most of these practices are done lying on the ground instead of the traditional sitting-up meditation posture.

This class is suitable for both new and experienced meditators
