TAI CHI Workshop

This workshop will focus on Five Elements Qigong, a routine designed to help us build leg strength and relax the entire body. Standing and sitting meditation will focus our minds and refresh our spirits.

Fee includes materials and refreshments
Open to all levels including beginners.

$75 + HST

$50 + HST if you attend Tai Chi classes in the month of December
