YOGA: Gentle Yoga Flow w Kim

Gentle Flow Yoga is a class designed for all bodies at any level of mobility, with or without experience. The intention for this program is to get people breathing deeply and efficiently while moving through their daily activities with less pain and restriction. We focus on building more confident movement through observing and learning from ourselves each and every practice.

Gentle Flow Yoga explores movement linked with our own unique rhythym of breath. Modifications are available. Previous yoga experience is not necessary. Dialogue and feedback are encouraged as a means to deeper understanding of our physical potential and emotional well-being.
