DESCRIPTION:This Yoga Nidra series is designed to to help you improve your quality of sleep\, reduce feelings of stress and foster feelings of calmness and wellbeing. \n\n\n\nYoga Nidra is a form of deep relaxation and meditation technique where\, while lying in a comfortable position you will be guided through the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping with instructions similar to a guided meditation. You will be asked to become aware of different bodily sensations\, emotions\, thoughts and images.
