SUMMARY:YOGA: Kids Yoga w Sarah
DESCRIPTION:Sarah’s kid yoga classes are a unique program offering for ages 4-8. Sarah combines the best of her 20 year Kindergarten teachings with her yoga passion to create a truly inspirational class for the youngest yogis. Every kid yoga class includes a yoga storytelling\, mindful crafts\, games and breathing techniques. Children are introduced to skills and tools that they can use immediately in their day to day to practice self regulation and reflection.
