Pilates
Pilates is a full body, low-impact workout, which is easy on the joints and often used as a form of rehabilitation. Pilates is designed to simultaneously strengthen and lengthen the muscles thus promoting overall strength and flexibility. Some more benefits of Pilates include improved posture, body awareness, stability, mobility, balance and core strength.
Pilates group classes are available in studio on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and online on Thursday mornings.
During a private pilates session, you will meet with Alisun one-on-one to focus on your individual fitness goals. Whether you are new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, or wanting to improve your fitness at any level, Private sessions offer customized programming to suit your body and abilities.
Semi-private sessions also available in groups of 2 or 3.
Packages available in 3 sessions (intro only), 5 sessions ($85 per session) and 10 sessions ($75 per session).
