BIO
Trevor is a Manual Osteopath Practitioner with a lifelong passion for sports that began during childhood. Completing his first triathlon at only 9 years old, his journey led him to qualify for the Ironman World Championships in Lake Placid in the summer of 2020. Trevor has also clocked a sub-2:40 marathon. Beyond his personal running accomplishments, Trevor is a certified run coach and aspires to guide more runners in their journey.
Trevor takes a special interest in treating individuals with post-concussion symptoms. Drawing on his thesis, Treatment of Concussions with Red Light Therapy, Trevor utilizes cutting-edge approaches, including a Red Light Therapy Helmet, cranial sacral therapy, and dietary interventions, to help manage symptoms. His treatments focus on reducing inflammation, alleviating pain, and promoting better sleep, offering holistic care tailored to each individual's needs.
Trevor applies the concept of "localized holistic" in his approach to treatment—addressing the root cause of pain and systemically working outward. He employs a diverse range of techniques, including joint mobilization, cupping therapy, muscle energy techniques, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), myofascial release, and red light therapy.
With a strong commitment to helping athletes and chronic pain patients achieve their goals, Trevor brings both professional expertise and personal passion to every session. Dedicated to your well-being, Trevor looks forward to the opportunity to treat you and help your body achieve a pain-free state.
