Leigh-Ann graduated with her Masters at the University of Western Ontario. After graduation Leigh-Ann turned her focus to co-found the Amici School of Music for young children in Toronto with fellow singer Michelle Garlough, with which she is still passionately involved. Leigh-Ann enjoys the challenge of balancing her solo career with her passion for teaching and managing a music school.

Dr. Melanie Chan completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary in 2000, and continued her education with a post-graduate diploma in Athletic Therapy. She graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2006 and was the proud recipient of the 2007 Erika and Albert Langer Memorial Award. In 2007. She completed her acupuncture training at McMaster University.
Dr. Melanie spent several years working as an athletic therapist for college and university athletic teams in various sports such as basketball, soccer and track & field. She maintains an avid interest in treating athletic injuries.

Violeta is a registered massage therapist who graduated with honors from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in November of 2013. Violeta employs a variety of massage techniques and interventions in her practice, including: deep tissue, friction techniques for scar tissue, trigger point therapy, joint play, relaxation massage and fascial release. Christine Gaddye has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2000. She is registered by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and is a member of the Ontario Massage Therapists Association (OMTA).

Originally from the Hamilton area, Dr. Matthew Jackson always had a passion for keeping healthy and active. He completed his Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Studies at Queen’s University in 2010. During his studies at Queen’s University he realized that chiropractic was the perfect opportunity for him to have a career where he could promote health. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic with clinic honors from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in June 2014. Dr. Pradeep trained as a pediatrician in India, and worked in the field of community health in the Himalayan foothills of north India for over twelve years. Later, he trained as an acupuncturist in Sri Lanka and Canada. At present, he has a private practice in acupuncture in Hamilton, as well as teaching acupuncture at McMaster University. He and his wife Karen, who also works with, both studied at the Mind-Body Medical Institute at Harvard University. Pradeep has a particular interest in meditation practice and its role in healing.
Dr. Jim Lamontagne has had a chiropractic practice in Hamilton for over thirty two years. He attended McMaster University and graduated from The National College of Chiropractic in Chicago Illinois in 1982. He is a mentor for The Wellwood Cancer Support Center and is on the Board of Directors for Sport Hamilton. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor (Adjunct) at McMaster University in the Department of Family Medicine.
Rebecca Lester is a counsellor with over 10 years clinical experience. She holds a Master of Social Work degree and is a registered member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the Ontario Association of Social Workers.
Rebecca uses therapeutic Narrative Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy and facilitates therapy that focuses on the power of intention.
Iveta Morin is a Registered Massage Therapist at the Regent Health Centre. She has been practicing since 2001. Iveta complements her massage therapy treatment with hot stone as well as paraffin hands and feet treatment to free patients of their muscular tension and enhance relaxation and well-being. In 2005, she was awarded the Reader’s Choice Award from the Hamilton Spectator for “Most Popular Massage Therapist”.

Donna Lue Reise is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist at the Regent Health Centre. She is certified in Manual Lymph Drainage and Combined Decongestive Therapy (1999) and is an authorizer for the Ontario Assistive Devices Program (Lymphedema compression garments). She is also trained in advanced and diabetic foot care.
Donna is registered with the College on Nurses of Ontario, she is a member of the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO), a member of the Lymphedema Association of Ontario (LAO) and a member of the Medical Advisory Committee, Lymphedema Association of Ontario.

Mira Rostami is a high school science teacher and a certified Naturality meditation teacher. For five years, Mira has been facilitating meditation workshops, organizing retreats and has been a teacher in the Naturality Meditation Teacher Programs in both Hamilton and Toronto.
Melissa Smith has studied tai chi and qigong since 1991. She took her first class to rehabilitate after a cycling accident, but kept practicing because of Tai Chi and Qigong’s profound healing implications for body, mind, and spirit.
