Caroline Spence, RMT

Caroline became an RMT in 1999. She graduated from the Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington. As a massage therapist, she has worked in a family physician's office in West Hamilton and a Naturopathic office in Dundas. Once she became a mother of twins she focused on building a private at-home clinic which allowed her a better work-life balance. She is excited to now be working in a multidisciplinary clinic setting here at the Regent.

Over her professional career she has honed her skills in various massage techniques to treat a multitude of conditions. Most recently she has enrolled in a course to learn Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment (NISA). She is excited to incorporate this technique into her future treatments.

She has had the opportunity to work with diverse clients, addressing their specific needs and providing tailored treatments to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being.

Outside of her professional career, she prioritize time with her family. In addition, she is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying hiking, and walking her dogs. She continues to try new fitness classes and enjoys weight training.

She is looking forward to connecting with our community and looks forward to meeting you at your next massage appointment.
