Christine Gaddye is a Registered Massage Therapist at the Regent Health Centre and has been practicing since 2000.
She is registered by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and is a member of the Ontario Massage Therapists Association (OMTA).
She specializes in: Deep Tissue Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Pre-Natal Massage and also offers RelaxationMassage Treatments.
Some of her techniques include: Soft Tissue Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial & Connective Tissue Release, Joint Play & Mobilizations, Craniosacral Techniques, Muscle Energy and Swedish Massage. Craniosacral Therapy is a hands-on method of releasing restrictions upon the Craniosacral System (the Central Nervous System…the brain and spinal cord and its membranes, nerves and cerebral spinal fluid) through effective light touch techniques.
Christine is currently studying Ayurvedic Massage and is interested in Ayurvedic Medicine, the ancient East Indian knowledge known as the “science of life”.
Christine’s approach to treatment is: determine and treat the cause by viewing the body as a whole.
